With a quick 45-second working time and full expansion in 5 minutes, it’s engineered for marine and dock flotation applications, meeting US Coast Guard safety standards and resisting water absorption for long-lasting performance.

## Description

The Flotation Foam is soundproof, insulation, or provides extra buoyancy when mixed into equal parts and poured into place. 0.9 kg Density. Buoyancy range 45-54 kg./qt. and 217-272 kg./gal. For non-structural applications, 0.9 kg of foam is recommended for empty filling. It can be poured under the decks and inside the gaps where a light buoyancy foam is required to provide buoyancy. This foam has been tested according to US Coast Safety Regulation # 33 CFR 183.114. This foam contains approximately 95-98% closed cells that are resistant to absorbing water.

A: Yes, but it is high density. It will not cut as easily as Styrofoam

A: This will not cure with moisture present.

**Q: whats the difference between 2#,4# & 6#? is the polyurethane hydrophobic or hydrophilic?**
