Si potrebbe risolvere il problema con un adattatore. 2 leggendo le istruzioni mi sono accorta che il voltaggio è di 120V e non 220. Il fornitore mi ha consigliato di utilizzare un convertitore di voltaggio. Ma un convertitore per un apparecchio da 500 W ha un costo e un ingombro non indifferente. Tutto questo non è riportato nelle caratteristiche del prodotto e ritengo sia una cosa grave e una mancanza totale di serietà. Ora sono costretta a effettuare un reso e da parte di Amazon mi viene detto che la spedizione è a mio carico anche per i costi del corriere ca 200 €. Sono cliente Amazon da parecchi anni e non mi sarei mai aspettata una cosa del genere.
