It is supposed to help these crazy heat flashers too. I wanted to start with a lower dosage, so I wouldn’t be concerned if I did eat food with Vitamin E in it already. But I personally am not able to eat ALL of the required nutrients that are left out of a multivitamin. No matter how many whole foods I eat.
