Review: Exquisite illustrations from Gyo Fujikawa in Fairyland - I always appreciate the lovely, inspired, multi-cultural illustrations of Gyo Fujisawa. Fairyland is a particularly beautiful small book. It is a treasure. This illustrator/author was ahead of her time in being politically correct in her children's literature illustrations. They are unique and well-appreciated books in our home. My children enjoyed her books and so do my grandchildren. Review: The beautiful and mysterious illustrations fascinated my daughter - The beautiful and mysterious illustrations fascinated my daughter. It was only later that I found out that Gyo Fujikawa was a notable illustrator and artist. A lovely gentle book for young toddlers.

Gorgeous Book!
Absolutely beautiful pictures! I bought it for my daughter, but I think I might keep it aside to look at with her instead.
