I would say they would reach because even though a 25 foot trailer is roughly 7 feet longer, the axle won’t be that much farther back. **Q: Will this work on a Master Tow car dolly** A: This is Designed to fit a 3in wide trailer tongue perfectly. A smaller tongue would need shims and obviously anything larger than that it won't fit. Also the height of the tongue doesn't matter. If your trailer tongue will fit, be mindful you may need to drill new holes to accommodate the bolt pattern.
