Question 1

The description says just Magnesium (Citrate) but the bottle in the picture says Magnesium (citrate/malate). I'm only looking for the citrate. Which

Accepted Answer

The bottle I purchased and sitting in my kitchen cabinet lists the ingredients as magnesium citrate and vegetarian capsule composed of cellulose and water. Perhaps there is an error in the photo ad or it is another product. I did a quick "Google" check to learn the difference. It is below, including the site. Hope this helps in your search.Magnesium Citrate/Malate"Magnesium citrate: A commonly used form that has a good bioavailability compared to oxide. It is also very rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract but it does have a stool loosening effect.1 This form is found in many supplements and remains a solid option for delivering magnesium into the body.""Magnesium Malate: This less well-known combination has been studied for use in fibromyalgia. Since malate is a substrate in the cellular energy cycle, it can help improve ATP production; there is some preliminary evidence that it may reduce muscle pain and tender points in fibromyalgia patients."http://www.drnibber.com/understanding-different-types-of-magnesium/

Question 3

How many mg of magnesium?

Accepted Answer

Supplement Facts: (on label) 1 capsule contains ascorbyl palmitate (fat-soluble vitamin C) 11 mg; magnesium (citrate) 150mg (There are 180 capsules in this container.) Other ingredients: vegetable capsule

Question 4

How big are these caps. I have trouble swallowing big pills

Accepted Answer

I have no problem swallowing them. They aren't tablets either, they are CAPSULES, so it's much easier to wash them down. I can take one of these and a large cod liver oil gelcap at the same time, with no problems. Tablets are the worst for me to swallow though.
