Does it come with 2 shoelaces for both shoes or do I need to buy 2

2 shoelaces in one package. Only need to buy one.

Do they stay tied? Sometimes nylon laces are slippery and don't stay tied. Do these laces stay tied well?

They stay tied but the shoelaces stretch
