I am trying to improve my fitness so I have set myself a goal of using the Wii Fit for a minimum of half hour a day. Well, so far so good, and that half hour just flies by - it has made exercising far more fun. There is so much to do on the Wii Fit Plus that I have not yet had a chance to use all the different categories as I have mostly been concentrating on the Cardio fitness - with this part of the game I can thoroughly recommend the step, boxing and hula hooping. I found it took me a couple of goes just to get in the rythym (the step particularly) however once you've run through it a few times, it gets a whole lot easier. I so far haven't found any downsides to the game and I love the fact that it keeps a track of your progress. I am now debating buying a 'step up' pack to raise the height of the board and add that bit of extra challenge. El mensaje que sale de "cuidado no resbalar" te lo empiezas a tomar en serio pasado un rato. No sé si la contabilidad de calorías y demás es fiable, la verdad, pero tiene muchos juegos divertidos con los que moverte, y ejercicios más serios para ejercitar los músculos.
