Things started very well, remembering to take my meds every morning and evening. Then, one morning my routine changed a little and I couldn't remember if I had taken them. A week later it happened again. I decided I needed some sort of visual confirmation. So, I ordered this pill organizer. It solved my problem. Every Sunday I fill the case for the coming week, and at any point I can confirm whether or not I took my meds, which hasn't been an issue since I started using the organizer. I see the box on my bathroom counter and have all the reminder I need to take my meds.The organizer is well made and seems durable. While the lids are easy to open, they snap closed with an audible click and they stay locked down. No worries about pills falling out in a travel bag. The contrasting lids for AM/PM are a nice touch. The pill compartments are rounded on the inside to make it easier to get the pills out. I have large fingers, so I usually pop open the lid I need and turn the organizer over to dump the pills in my hand. Confident I can do this because there's just no way the other lids are going to pop open on their own.Very pleased with my purchase.
