Our model construction kits are the last word in scale realism for the super detail fan and light weight for those who build and fly. Each model is a small but faithful replica of an airplane widely known for deeds in wartime or present day popularity. Series 500 is our most popular kit series and features WWII flying machines in approximately 1/30th scale. Review: Guillow quality kit. - These kits are laser cut and are a huge improvement over the old diecut kits. I plan to get the entire 500 series lineup. I just wish they were shipped in boxes rather than padded envelopes. Review: Bought this for the grandkids but I had to do most of the work - This was so much fun to build! My first attempt at building Guillow’s plane kit, will not be my last. So happy with the results. ## Features - P-40 Warhawk has a 16 1/2" wingspan - Features die-cut balsa parts, full set of decals, tissue, plastic parts and a 24-page building booklet - Perfect entry-level model plane kit for builders ages 10 and up - Complete instructions for building either to fly or for static display - Made in the USA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0006GZ2FQ | | Additional Features | Die-cut balsa parts, full set of decals, tissue and plastic parts, 24-page building booklet, scale realism, light weight | | Age Range (Description) | Kid | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Art Craft Kit Type | Model Airplane Kit | | Brand | Guillow's | | Brand Name | Guillow's | | Color | Multicolor | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 184 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00072365005013 | | Included Components | Die-cut balsa parts, full set of decals, tissue, plastic parts, and a 24-page building booklet | | Item Dimensions | 13.69 x 1.75 x 4.5 inches | | Item Highlight | Build to fly or for static display with this entry-level set featuring die-cut parts and a 24-page booklet Made in USA | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 13.69 x 1.75 x 4.5 inches | | Manufacturer | Flat River Group | | Manufacturer Part Number | PKG501 | | Material | Wood | | Material Type | Wood | | Model Name | Curtiss P-40 Warhawk | | Model Number | PKG501 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Paint Type | dope | | Product Style | Fan | | Scale | 1/30th scale | | Seasons | All Seasons | | Size | Small | | Subject Character | Curtiss P-40 Warhawk | | Theme | Building | | UPC | 072365005013 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | No Warranty | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Kid - **Brand:** Guillow's - **Color:** Multicolor - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 13.69 x 1.75 x 4.5 inches - **Theme:** Building ## Images ![Guillow Curtiss P-40 Warhawk - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/512IQMRPACL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Guillow quality kit. *by A***R on August 24, 2026* These kits are laser cut and are a huge improvement over the old diecut kits.
