Calmer
I am always a bit vigilant, though I act mellow, so the metabolic stress stays 'inside'. This does reflect in my natural ability to get to sleep. Since using this extract for nearly a year now, it remains an effective product to calm that vigilance and help me to sleep... sometimes take an extra dose toward morning to keep me calm and asleep.

Well worth it
A buddy of mine at the gym recommended this to help with my sleep. I take it every night and I’m sleeping better.

An hour later and I feel the sleep coming on
I take this and an hour later I am yawning like crazy. One of the few things that once I take it helps me sleep and stay asleep the entire night and not wake up feeling like I am hung over.

Good for sleep.
Two of these Magnolia Bark caps. and 3 Ashwagandha and 1/2 Trazadone and I got 7hrs unbroken sleep last night. Today I am a much nicer person.
