Review: Delicious - Very impressed. Taste was delicious and low carb was a bonus. Excellent protein supplement
Review: Tasty treat - I really enjoy these pastries. I was getting tired of the same old protein bars, and this provides a low-carb breakfast or snack option that helps me not to feel deprived. The texture approximates a giant Fig Newton. They're very sweet! If you don't have much of a sweet tooth, these might taste way too sweet for you. My trainer likes that I'm getting the additional protein. The net carbs are just a tad on the high side for keto, so be sure to take that into consideration.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My go-to breakfast
*by R***T on December 7, 2025*

The fruit flavored variety has been a staple for my breakfast now. Cold or warmed up they’re delicious. The quality control on the frosting distribution is sometimes comical though, frosting looks like it was applied by Ray Charles sometimes. Super small complaint though as it has no significant impact on taste.
