Not to loud, not too soft ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing keyboard and support *by A***R on 16 May 2025* Definitely the best keyboard I've ever typed on, I have been irritated with loud/clacky switches before and these are really enjoyable to type on, both in terms of sound and feel. The customization/macros are excellent, and personally I much prefer managing the keyboard using a web app vs. dedicated software since I don't need a ton of apps downloaded for each peripheral I own. The keyboard arrived with Mac keys installed, which was fine except that the Windows spare keys were slightly damaged, both alt keycaps appeared almost melted on the edges. I contacted support, and although shipping was slow they were super helpful and got me replacement keycaps within a couple weeks.
