We pride ourselves on making the best syrup possible, and are confident that you will enjoy it as much as we like to prepare it. Use it for candy, meat, and breakfast treats. INTERNATIONAL RATING SYSTEM - Nova Maple Syrup uses the new international rating system that kicked 2 1/4" force in April. All the syrup we sell is Grade A, although sub-levels vary depending on weather, trees, and individual season. We ship the golden delicate taste of grade A, amber, dark robust and very dark strong. We do not ship a new Class B commercial syrup (formerly Class C) Darker syrup has a stronger maple flavor than lighter maple syrup and is in no way inferior. Both are equally sweet and are made from 67% natural sugar and 33% water. It all depends on personal taste preference. No chemical/organic herbicides/pesticides are used to make this syrup. The plastic jug is 100% BPA free and hot packed/sealed for safety. No artificial flavours, preservatives or dyes. ## Features - 100% Pure Natural Maple Cream Butter Spread - Made from Grade A Pure Maple Syrup. Harvested and Made in the USA - No chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, paints or other additives - Sustainably harvested from our Pennsylvania hardwood forests. Solar powered devices and energy-saving reverse osmosis/steam cleaning systems reduce our resource consumption to a minimum - Family owned and operated by half a dozen passionate farmers. I cant even mix it. The liquid tastes bitter. Does this mean its old?** A: Cream is much like natural peanut butter, it separates over time. Try warming it up and mixing it together, it should go back to its original state. **Q: Why is this still being sold on Amazon when basically a third of the reviews give it the lowest rating possible?** A: Also, her maple butter must be last year’s supply. It is to early for this season. **Q: just opened the 2nd jar and it is very dark, hard and very grainy like first. What should I do with #3 ?** A: I ordered one...had shipped to daughter in law. .was spoiled. I just didn't order again. **Q: Just received my maple cream - is it supposed to be like dark orange? It actually tastes like it was burnt. Not liking it much** A: Doesn’t sound right. Mine was a light brown color, extremely smooth, and not at all orange. I would contact them for a replacement or order from another company.
