Solid construction.
Very well made. I’ve been crushing it with elbows and knees, and its holding together very well. Whatever it’s filled with makes it ideal. It a little higher than a human when mounting, but overall improves my training immensely.

Nice Bag
Very heavy. I follow the jiujitsu ronin on instagram and he shows different drills that can be used with this bag.
