Can you adjust the scale of torque wrench set to 30NM?

Yes, there is 30 NM scale on the open end torque wrench.

Where can I buy other wrench heads for this tool - such as the ratchet head shown in the description?

You can find it in our store as well , you can search key words homelae torque wrench Interchangeable head , or ASIN B0C5D4FZNR , B0C5D4THWZ , please contact us anytime if you have any question about it .

Does this torque wrench can torquing 3/8 and 1/2 flare nut?

This will torque the smaller line (1/4 inch), but all the larger sizes require a larger torque wrench. For example, in my manual it states that for the next size up line (3/8 inch) requires 32-39 Nm. This one only goes to 30Nm.
