can I use this just at night?

I believe it’s your choice/time of day or night to apply the product. The usage directions state to apply a few drops of the leave in serum to the effected areas as needed. And massage gently. That’s it.

Does this contain fragrance ?

No discernible fragrance and it really works !

Does this dry out hair?

Yes it will. Hair feels very limp and flat.
