What exactly is included in my order?

Each package comes with 1× OxyBio Breathing Trainer, 1× instruction manual, and a free digital “Mastering Breathing” guide.

What materials is the trainer made from?

The airflow path uses a rust-proof stainless-steel resistance valve, while the mouthpiece and outer body are made from flexible, premium-grade silicone for long-term comfort and durability.

How do I adjust the resistance?

During use, simply adjust the resistance level to your desired level of breathing resistance (make it challenging, but not uncomfortable).

How long will the trainer last?

It is built for years of daily use; the stainless-steel valve won’t rust, and the soft silicone shell resists cracking or warping.

How often should I train?

Do 2 to 4 sets per day, preferably before any meals. The more often you use it the better results you will have.
