Question 1

When should I drink TrueFit?

Accepted Answer

Early morning, post-workout, or whenever a meal was going to be skipped. Most people use it as post workout shake, breakfast on the commute, a desk lunch between meetings, or dinner on a night they got home late.

Question 2

Is this a post workout protein or a meal replacement?

Accepted Answer

Both, and it does not change form. After training, 25g of grass-fed whey supports muscle recovery. On a rushed morning, the superfoods, fruits and vegetables make it a meal. Same scoop either way.

Question 3

Will it help me keep muscle while I am eating less?

Accepted Answer

That is what it is built for. 25g of protein in 160 calories is a strong ratio, which matters most when you are eating less overall. Adequate protein is what helps you hold lean muscle rather than lose it alongside the weight.

Question 4

Can I take TrueFit with creatine or a pre workout?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TrueFit is the meal, TrueFit Creatine handles strength, and AminoLean covers energy before you train. They are built to work together with no overlapping ingredients.

Question 5

I am over 40. Is TrueFit right for me?

Accepted Answer

It is one of the better fits. Keeping lean muscle matters more every decade, and 25g of complete grass-fed whey is the straightforward way to support it. Digestion also gets fussier with age, which is where the fiber and probiotics earn their place.

Question 6

Will TrueFit make me bloated?

Accepted Answer

It is built so it does not. Whey on its own often arrives with lactose and nothing to help you digest it. TrueFit adds prebiotic fiber and 1 billion CFU probiotics, so it goes down easy and stays that way an hour later.

Question 7

Can I really replace a meal with this, or will I be hungry an hour later?

Accepted Answer

It works as a full meal replacement shake. 25g of grass-fed whey and 160 calories cover the protein, and the prebiotic fiber slows digestion so it holds instead of spiking and leaving. That is the difference between a protein shake and a meal.

Question 8

Is it chalky or gritty?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no inflammatory fillers faking thickness and no grit at the bottom of the glass. One scoop in 8 to 10oz of water or milk, shaken or blended, mixes smooth with no chalky aftertaste.

Question 9

Can I drink it on an empty stomach?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and plenty of people do. The probiotics and prebiotic fiber are the reason it sits well first thing in the morning, before a workout, or any time you have not eaten yet.

Question 10

Is TrueFit low in sugar and keto friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No added sugar and no artificial sweeteners, and it fits keto, paleo and gluten free diets. It does contain dairy, so it is not a fit if you avoid dairy entirely.
