They are different as " Water and Oil", as it was said in the "Gett", the last of the Trialogy. Interesting for anyone who wants to know more about religious marriage law in Israel in the 70th. It is hard to watch how this woman struggles with the family she is married to: her husband, her mother in law. They are different as " Water and Oil", as it was said in the "Gett", the last of the Trialogy. Interesting for anyone who wants to know more about religious marriage law in Israel in the 70th. Can't believe I'm just now learning about this movie. Wish I saw before GETT, but I'm so glad I bought it. Truely a snapshot of a part of Israeli society, but also deals with universal issues of marriage and family.

Excellent. There are 3 movies in the series. After researching the trilogy, I decided to watch #1 and then skip to #3 which was the movie I was originally wanting to see. #1 gives you the breathless background that leads up to Gett.
