We currently don't have any custom settings available for Spotify, however all of our Shuttle products are designed to work with any program you can run on your computer. If Spotify has keyboard shortcuts for the functions you're describing, then you can likely create custom settings for the program within the Shuttle software by configuring the keyboard shortcuts in the driver and creating your own custom settings. Please keep in mind that all versions of the Shuttle are designed specifically for audio/visual applications, and the Shuttle software only applies settings to the currently clicked-on and active program on your computer (the "in-focus" program). If you're looking to use the ShuttleXpress as a controller for Spotify as it's running in the background while you're using a different program in focus (i.e. Spotify is playing but you're currently using a web browser, Microsoft Word or any other program in the foreground), then the Shuttle will only work on the active program (not Spotify) and may not be a good fit for your needs. It requires a driver and those are the only two operating systems we have drivers for. And it also works with Mac OS X Maverics.
