I’m a lefty, which glove/hand orientation should I choose?

Traditionally the glove is worn on the hand at the top of the club grip. So a right handed swinger would be the left hand gloved. For a lefty you would want a right hand oriented glove. That being said it is certainly up to your preference.

Whats the difference between small and cadet small?

..the fingers of the glove are slightly shorter than the small .

USA and parts in china nice glove though
