Used a jar pressed down on it for a few days to flatten the circular edge, lightly sanded the bottom and the drawn circle on the kayak top surface before pvc gluing it on the kayak. Used the jar and weight to hold it down onto the kayak surface. I recommend the Seller and these pvc d-ring patches.
