Review: Only fits with flat toilet seats - This is a bidet for North America, as such the figments and instructions are designed for a non uk audience. There are strict rules as to what figments can be used in uk. My plumber who installed this for me had to modify the water flow fitment to a European standard fitting, after that was done I can say, it is one of the best products I have bought in a long time. Everyone was skeptical about having a bidet ON the toilet but now everyone want to only use the upstairs loo!. Works amazingly, has a clear dials and is so easy to use. Also has a nozzle cleaning function, which again is great, would definitely recommend this as it’s a great space saver too, has a very simplistic design and only takes 15 minutes to install.[via a plumber with new fittings].
Review: Nice - Nice bidet

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone else experienced intermittent jets of water, i.e. like a ten minute interval between sprays?**
A: no

**Q: Can this be fitted with a high toilet seat**
A: no technician but as long as the high seat fits the same way as a standard toilet seat i.e. connected by two 'bolts' at the top. Personally I would contact the suppliers as I found them very helpful or whoever you are purchasing the high toilet seat from show them a picture of the Bidet unit. We have found this to be an excellent product well worth checking out if you can fit it.

**Q: Can you use this to clean both front (i.e. Feminine hygiene needs) and rear end?**
A: The Neo 110 comes with regular wash only (1 nozzle), however you can adjust your position on the toilet seat for different spray angles. If you are interested in a bidet that comes with both regular wash and feminine wash, we would recommend the Neo 180 or 185 models. Thanks!

**Q: Is this bidet attachment compatible with a raised toilet seat**
A: The fitting for this fit under the back of the toilet seat so not visible when looking at seat,if it's a normal toilet seat with lifting lid it does not affect the lid. Hope this helps

Nice bidet

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value for money
*by S***N on 11 March 2017*

Cannot speak highly enough about this item. Excellent value for money. Perfect for anyone, but very useful if you have any mobility/bad back issues.. We did have a couple of problems with the fitting but that was really our fault. (The fixings are U.S.) We put this in a small cloakroom toilet but if I was re-doing my bathroom I would definitely install another, but with the hot and cold fittings.
