### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will by again
*by J***R on August 13, 2026*

I'd love to take this as a pre-workout before workout it's amazing I love it how it's only a 100 mg of caffeine I have some heart issues so I can't consume that much caffeine so this is perfect and I love that it's mixed with electrolyte and it's got a good taste and I've got no side effects usually I get side effects from pre-workouts

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Optimum Pick-Me-Up with a Refreshing Boost
*by S***E on June 20, 2024*

I've been relying on Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder Plus Hydration for a while now, and it's become my go-to for a midday energy boost. Here's what I like most about it: Energy and Focus: The combination of caffeine from natural sources and amino acids gives me a noticeable lift in energy and mental focus, without the jitters I sometimes experience from coffee. Hydration Support: Electrolytes help me stay hydrated, especially important during warm weather or intense workouts. Taste and Mixability: It comes in a variety of flavors (like Strawberry Burst and Watermelon) that taste great and mix easily in water. No chalky aftertaste! Low Calorie Option: With only 5-10 calories per serving, it fits well with my fitness goals. Convenient Packaging: The single-serving stick packs are perfect for on-the-go use. Overall, Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Plus Hydration is a refreshing and effective way to combat afternoon slumps and support my workouts. It's become a reliable part of my daily routine. Some additional points to consider: While some reviewers say the taste is great, flavor preference can vary. If you're unsure, the single-serving stick packs are a good way to try a flavor before committing to a larger tub. The caffeine content (around 100mg per serving) is moderate. If you're sensitive to caffeine, this might not be the best choice. I recommend Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Plus Hydration to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient pick-me-up that also supports hydration and focus.
