Absorb Plus Vegan

I started making shakes with this powder when I had SIBO. Without a banana, it does taste like vanilla cardboard. Now that SIBO has passed I'm still including these as part of my nutrition. I love the fact it's predigested so my gut can get a rest. I typically add the 4 scoops, 1 cup water, 1 yellowy green banana, 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil, some matcha powder, and blue spirulina powder.

85$ for 10 servings .... Yikes.... Plus it tastes awful. I have to blend it with make syrup and Chiller coconut milk to make it drinkable.

Love the taste and added calories. Helped me get through my bouts of Diverticulitis especially when needed to be on only liquids! Tastes especially great with unsweetened almond milk!! Highly recommend it!!

I am on a full strict elemental diet. I was using another elemental powder, but when I ordered more it was going to be delivered after I need it so I got this to fill in that gap. The taste is not really that great. It’s a light flavored vanilla that is super chalky and gritty tasting. It doesn’t really have a smell either. I am sort of stuck using it as o don’t want to break off my elemental diet, so I’ll make it work, but there are a lot of other elemental drink mixes that taste so much h better. I guess as long as the benefit is there I can’t complain. Also, I’m pretty sure that there is only enough powder for 2-3 days when used as a full replacement for food. When you use a blender to mix it, it will whip it up. As it settles it turns into a liquid. You might have to try just a shaker bottle if you don’t like the whipped version

Had a bad case of SIBO. I went on this vegan shake as a liquid diet for 3 days and I was so much better. The SIBO did not go away entirely but it was enough for me to heal. The only problem, it is very expensive. I could not afford to use this product for the recommended 3 weeks.

This product surpasses every other protein supplement on the market. Unlike other protein powders this one is pre-digested; which means it is much easier for your body to quickly absorb the nutrients in it! It is also a clean supplement made with quality ingredients. It does not contain iron; which is extremely important because iron allows candida and other pathogenic bacterias to grow in the digestive tract. The company is high quality. It was specifically designed for people who can barely eat food due to having a severely compromised digestive system. But it tastes good and can be quite useful for other people who are looking to add nutrition to their daily food intake. The quality controls of the company surpass other protein powders on the market. I highly suggest this supplement

I liked the powder but think it’s way to expensive and I haven’t been able to do it consistently because I try to buy another one and it never arrives when it says it will. So if you’re going to actually try this diet, be ready to spend a lot of money and buy multiple because it truly is so hard and I haven’t seen it work yet. They need to fix the shipping issue.

My Arsenic level went up very fast while taking this supplement and company did not reach out or replied to my concerns. Be aware, it maybe contaminated! So sad!
