**Q: What is the difference between N.C. (Normally Closed) and N.O. (Normally Open) ?**
A: In a N.C. valve, it's closed without power and opens when energized. Conversely, in a N.O. valve, it's open without power and closes when energized, blocking fluid or gas flow. For more details, please refer to Picture 2.

**Q: What is the difference between Full Port and Standard Port?**
A: In a full port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is the same as the pipe it's connected to. In a standard port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is smaller than the pipe size. For more details, please refer to Picture 3.

**Q: Can this be used for Drinking Water?**
A: NO. This motorized ball valve is made of brass, which contains lead, should not be used for drinking water.
