Are the cameras picture nice and sharp day and night and good night vision?

Dear friend, Thank you so much for your support on our products. The cameras output the color pictures in the day time, and output the white & black pictures at night. Please don't let the camera face the wall or the windows, the reflection may cause the poor night vision. If any further question, you can contact us via Amazon email. Best regards, ZOSI Technology

Ive connected up my dvr 4ch and its not recording.it says i dont need a hd.any suggetions please

Dear friend, Thank you so much for your support on our products. Your system doesn't contain a hard drive, if you want to record the video, you have to install a hard drive. Our DVRs are inner-connected, and the size of hard disk is 2.5 inch ~3.5 inch（3.5”）. The maximum storage of the hard disk is 8TB. We herein recommend you the TOSHIBA,Seagate,WD(west data) and Sumsang as your potential hard disk brand. We suggest you can buy a hard drive from below link. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07H2FPFW9/ref=twister_B07N27QX2P?_encoding=UTF8&th=1 If any further question, you can contact us via Amazon email.
