I installed these Ovotor LED headlights onto my 2004 Hummer H2. Installation is very easy. 1- Remove front Chrome Hummer Grill. You must remove the lower black grill first. It is held in by clip and you just need to pull on the black grill to remove it. Once that is removed you must open the hood and unbolt 4 10mm nuts (2 on each side) that hold in the chrome grill. 2- once the grill is off you must also unbolt 4 10mm nuts that hold in each headlight housing. Once that is unbolted, the headlights come out from the front. 3- You must split the headlight housing into 2. You have to unscrew 3 torx screws to do that. Remove the old headlight. 4- Once you have the new Ovotor Headlight I place you will see that the rear housing no longer fits due to the heat sink on the new lights. You must cut out the center of the rear housing as you can see in the posted pictures. 5- Once the center is cut out (I used a dreamer tool), you can place the rear housing back on. You will notice in one of the pictures that there is a small gap now. You must use the included longer screws to mount the rear housing back. Do not overtighten. 6- Once the rear housing is screwed back on, you can attach the 9007 to H4 adapter. Go back to your truck and re-install the headlight and grill in reverse order. 7- you have the option of connecting the turn signal wire (yellow wire) to the blue wire of the front turn signal and the Daytime Running Light (Red wire) to the positive of your factory DRL. Once everything was wired in, the lights were much brighter than stock. I am very happy with the quality of the new lights.

These headlights work great. For a turn signal headlight with DRL they are as plug and play as possible with as little as necessary DIY wiring. They hooked up easy and they are way brighter than the stock headlights in my TJ not to mention they have a very aggressive look. Very happy with these headlights. The isntall was very simple, Connect The standard and high beam are plug and play. while the daytime running lights and the turn signal lights are as somple as running a tap wire to them where they come out under the fender. An easy google search will tell you which wires are which for both sides. Only necessary other purchase is the extra wires, connectors to connect to the headlight wires for DRL and turn signal and then the taps to snap into your factory wiring harness . I also used zip ties to clean the whole thing up and keep it nice and clean. Awesome headlights!

I love the look of these lights! Turn signals look awesome and the daytime running lights are killer design. The lights don't sit as far into the bracket as the factory. The screws do thread fine but the lights sit about 1/3-1/2 further out from the bracket. I have a 2013 JKU in case there are model variations. Also the DRL and signals need to be wired and not part of the harness if you are curious. It's not hard to do but the instructions don't tell you where to tap into and I had to google to figure it out. Added about 1 more hour to my install and more parts needed for properly wiring up the extra features. I contacted the seller about the fit and they were super responsive and helpful. I also had to really adjust the angle of my lights down as the leds seem to project light higher. I feel the lights have more of a spread than the factory and much brighter. i like the brightness but I feel like i am blinding everyone and concerned I may get pulled over at some point for them. Even if pointed down, the cast to the sides are higher and wider. Overall I am super happy about these lights and glad I purchased them. Off and on they really make the jeep look great!

Ok. Read Me. We have a nonprofit organization that provides free summer camp adventures and trade school for inner city kids. We use military HMMWVs as our vehicles. We install these headlights for every Humvee we use. We have 16 HMMWVs. They are easy for the teenage students to install. They are bright. They look cool on and off. What more can you ask for. Just do it!

Definitely changed the look of my '17' Rubi Hardrock. Purchased a few weeks ago and found out after removing the front lamps that I would need replacement buckets (if you have LED lights as stock). This was not identified in the product write-up or the instruction when the arrived one reason for not raring a 5. Package arrived with one side damaged but luckily the contents were undamaged. More on the instructions, they are very bleak and more or less just tells you what the parts are. So like others I headed to the internet and googled these lights. Not much out there but did find other videos describing ways to connect DRLs and turn signals. Once done double/triple check your connections. I just used the parking/turn signal wires for DRL and headlamp halo turn signal indicator. I would say if this is something you have not done, do your homework on your vehicle prior to purchasing. Mostly to ensure all the needed additional parts are on-hand. I also changed the turn signal lights and grill during this mod. One step closer to making it my Rubi and not another factory look alike. Update 10-6-19: for those that live in snow and cold, these may cause problems (see photo). I have cleaned off the lights twice so far today. With these lights heat sink pulling all the heat, there is not enough heat to keep the lenses clear when it snows. Have asked the vendor if there is a way to correct this and will update if I hear back. Love the lights but if it can not be fixed easily will have to change to another type LED light.

Installed on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4-Door First and foremost, these lights are head turners. Unlike any other units on the market right now. They come with the necessary adapters to plug them into the harness for the standard JKU headlights. The DRL (V) is very bright during the day, and easily visible in the summer afternoon sun. The Amber Halo turn signals are great, and provide a very visible indicator to all oncoming traffic. I went through the standard steps to replace my headlights, and found a great tutorial on YouTube on how to splice the wiring into my existing system without needing to cut and solder anything. A quick trip to Walmart for some 16 and 18 Gauge wire, a splicing kit, some heat shrink tubing, and some male/female slide plugs, and zip-ties, and I was in business. Overall, it took about 2 hours to install and test everything. I started at 7am, and was done by 8:45 (with a few breaks in-between to make the kids breakfast) YouTube has some great tutorials on how to do the install. I had to do a bit of trimming on the headlight receiver on my passenger side light for the guide tabs to fit. Just fit the light to the receiver, eyeball the amount needing to be trimmed of, and take it nice and slow with a box cutter to shave off the material needed. Driver side went in without a hitch. The bevels on these are quite a bit thicker than the standard light, so the retaining ring won’t snug up quite as easily as the standard light. Very pleased with these units, and I can say without a doubt that I’ve gotten more than a few looks while driving around town. (They’re looking at the Jeep, I’m nothing to look at…even remotely) I'll try and upload a few photos from the drivers POV in a few days.

These don’t seem to last. I get that the cost is significantly cheaper than some of the big names, but I’ve had complications from the gate. Purchased and one halo went out in less than a month. Had to fight with company for a replacement, then finally got one and they didn’t last a year. Wiring is less than quality, the running light doesn’t work in one side and I’ve had to rewire them because they kept failing. Disappointed because I love the look and when they work, they are great. But they aren’t durable and in an off-road vehicle, I’d hope for more!

These headlights are great quality and build. I had no issues with fitment like other customers claim. The passenger side was a little tight but I didn’t have to cut anything. Once the wiring was done I took the Jeep out for a night time and the difference between these led headlights and my last were phenomenal. The cut off line is very clear also, no over shine or pollution that will anger other drivers. You will notice they stick out physically a bit farther than stock or other led housings, but it’s irrelevant to fitment or product quality.
