Are they individually packaged?

They are packaged together in one box.

Do you need to put something under these to stop the heat from ruining the table they're on?

I don't think so. Small candle lasts 3 hours, so it doesn't get extremely hot or cause danger. It didn't ruin or caused damage to my table.

Can you burn wax melts on this?

Sure, they can be used to burn wax melts or essential oil.

Hi,what would be the ideal mix per drops/per water?

2-3 drops essential oil mix with water is recommended, but it all depends on how intense you want the scent. Absolutely, they also can be used as wax melt burners well.
