Slatwalls changed how I think about storage and everything. I ordered two packs of two, and put up 3 in a bedroom and 1 in the garage. Installing them is fairly easy, putting screws through the inset slots to mount them to the studs. They hold quite a bit of weight with minimal showing on the panel itself -- one panel you can see/hear a "lift" from the weight, however the screws all ensure the panel doesn't go anywhere.It is MDF and I bought them used (at least 1 pair) and the corners were damaged, but the slatwall itself is still functional. They arrive dusty. They look very nice though and I've had them hold up music equipment and LEGO in the bedroom, and in the garage they're standard appliance holders.Standard slatwall. For $85 for 1 pack of 2, I can't complain since I see many are quite higher price.

Very good quality. Heavy duty. Built a accent slat wall for my daughters bedroom to hang her large items like surf boards, helmets, guitars etc. I was concerned about whether or not the panels would be able to sustain the weight of the large objects. Once receiving the panels I was no longer concerned as the quality is very good and strong.Very pleased with my purchase and the way it turned out.Please note the panels are a little glossy sheen. Like satin. I painted over with a matte black.
