Neat nail clippers that work well
There's a small learning curve to get this to work correctly but it clip nails well. What else does one need it to do? 5/5

It works but Opens in pocket
They’re good clippers but tend to open in the pocket. They should come with a sleeve for pocket carry.

Won’t cut nails
Cutting edges don’t touch when fully depressed so won’t cut anything. Looks nice but don’t waste your money

Broke after 5 months Design Needs Work
These KeyUnity folding fingernail clippers have a really appealing design, especially if you carry an EDC organizer or want something more compact than traditional nail clippers. They are extremely lightweight and take up very little space. The folding design has three positions: closed for storage, open for use, and an in-between position while transitioning between the two. Unfortunately, the mechanism that keeps the clippers closed is where I ran into problems. The arm never seemed to reliably stay in the closed position. I frequently found it had worked its way into the in-between position while sitting in my organizer. That is frustrating for something intended to be carried as an everyday item. The same issue happened when using the clippers. In the open/use position, the arm would occasionally slip out of the groove it is supposed to sit in. When that happened, the clippers became difficult to operate until I repositioned the arm correctly. The biggest problem, however, came after about five months of occasional use. The spring bar broke completely, rendering the clippers useless. At that point, the otherwise clever and compact design doesn't matter because there is no practical way to use them. I really like the concept and the size of these clippers, but the locking mechanisms need to hold the arm much more securely in both the storage and use positions. More importantly, the spring mechanism needs to be substantially stronger, or ideally designed so the spring bar can be replaced if it eventually fails. For something designed around portability and everyday carry, reliability is especially important. These are impressively compact, but the mechanism and long-term durability ultimately kept them from being a dependable EDC item for me.

Compact and small to carry.
Pretty sharp and very minimalistic design. I have a zip wallet and keep them inside. Looking at getting the upgrade version.

Nice design, be sure to check instructions
This clipper is a sleek design but requires checking the instructions on how to set the lever to get the extra leverage needed to cut nails. Unlike many US nail clippers (where you spin and flip over the lever) the KN02 requires moving forward towards the hinge and up a little. If, when you press down it goes back into the base you’re doing it wrong- a mistake I made initially (and made my earlier review very negative). In the attached photos I have top and side views in the “storage” position where you can see the notch used for clipping. The other three show it correctly set for clipping (moved up, no notch, higher angle in side view) open and closed (with fingers). The last one shows the extra leverage needed to cut nails. Trying out the correct position feels good and cuts well. This will replace my old Trim clipper that is the same old model my father used in the 50s.

Great design, just doesn't do the job
Love the design but clipper doesn't work on finger nails. A couple of nails you hear the magic click noise but the nail remains on. Seems only a partial cut but for most nails, there is no click noise or cut. Also in a couple of cut attempts, it locks off into pocket mode and took a little prompting to open again and get off my nail
