I have only had the Eufy E20 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner with the handheld stick for 24 hours, but so far it has been incredible. Setup was straightforward and I let the robot map the upstairs, which it did without any issues. It cleaned the carpets extremely well, far better than I expected. It picked up so much dirt and dust that the robot bin had to be emptied after we vacumed with a £500 dyson tao days ago which really shows how effective it is.The robot itself works brilliantly and feels very good value for money. The auto empty station is quite loud, but it is very effective and always collects everything properly, so the noise is worth it for the convenience.The stick vacuum works very well and is powerful, though I do wish it came with more accessories and a more upgraded roller brush to stop the tangling for handheld use. That said, it still performs well for everyday cleaning.Overall, despite the auto empty station being a bit noisy, this is an excellent vacuum system. The robot is effective, the cleaning performance is impressive, and it feels well worth the money. I am very happy with it so far.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but overall, works well. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Suction high. Charge lasts well, and you soon get used to charging again before use.

I had a basic robot hoover before I purchased this one and I'm so glad I upgraded! This robot has not disappointed me. It dusts in corners, the app is easy to use, it self emptys often and the option to use has a handheld has been so handy to have!I've had this for almost two months, no issues and no crumbs.

UPDATE - Anyone having the same connection issues, disable wifi6 on your router and it works perfectly right away. Still leaving the review at 4/5 as I should have to disable it for the vacuum to work but at least it has been fixed.4/5 only because the syncing issues are really annoying. Every few weeks it loses wifi and I have to go through the initial setup failing a few times before it gives alternative connection methods that work.When it works, it’s great. No complaints.

Great product, used for a few months now and works very well. We have two dogs and it is most helpful to help keep things tidy with good suction.

When it works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, it’s like living with a tiny drunk bumper car.Instead of cleaning my house efficiently, it spent half its time headbutting chair legs, getting trapped under furniture, and insisting the same corner needed vacuuming for the 47th time.At one point it proudly announced the cleaning was complete after spending most of the session trying to escape under the sofa.I’m giving it 2 stars because it does pick up dust eventually… you just have to rescue it more often than it rescues your floors.If you’re after a robot vacuum, this one’s got plenty of personality. Shame personality doesn’t pick up crumbs.

great Idea and concept however failed product due to design flaw.this is the 2nd unit that failed within 30 days.The fault - handheld brush stops working.Reason - despite all the technology they decided to use brushed DC motor with really badly designed over current and over voltage protection so if you use this handheld on short pile carpet the brush will get stuck and over current will trigger ( ideally this should return to normal ) it will try at intervals to restart the brush but after sometime either the over current curcut failure or the over voltage due to brush moving the motor and working as a generator it will fail and stop working.I tried to work with the eufy but they are not interested and both time they tried to delay the support to cause me loosing out on 30 day return window or they are not competent in dealing with warranty .if eufy can see this review look in to issues I highlighted and use better protection and use BLDC motor ( lot more robust and efficient ).it's truly a shame that good idea is let down by bad parts and poor design.

I am more than happy with the Eufy Robot Vacuum 3 in 1, which is working extremely well. This machine is extremely easy to use and recharges itself after carrying out cleaning. The dust collection is also very impressive following the cleaning!!

It's not great if I'm been honest, I was very excited when I bought this product but it was very poor to pick up dirt, I switched to the handheld part and when I cut my hair the other day it couldn't even suck up the hair I had to push it through myself. The battery life on it is terrible, I honestly can't recommend this product.
