Is this safe/suitable/labeled for use on clothing (natural such as cotton/wool)?

Supposed to be fine for clothing. Not good for plastic or nylon.

Does this come with the information sheet and what we would need for the fire marshall?

Yes, comes with spec sheet with test data, msds, and blank certificate.

I’m considering using this on a canvass tent. Will rain just wash it off?

The label says that if the treated material will be exposed to weather/ outside elements, then you should apply a sealer topcoat.

Is Bonfire corrosive? Aluminum or steel?

It is considered non-corrosive, but you wouldn't want to spray it directly onto metal if you can avoid it, since it is a salt.
