The 16L size is perfect for what I needed without taking up too much space. It’s compact enough to fit neatly away but still has plenty of room for important belongings and valuables. The measurementsare a little decieving, The nature or the door takes away the depth size: I can lay four bundles of £20.00 notes flate in the base, From the left to the right, side to side (It is snug). those bundles, will lay, one end of the note touching the back wall, The other against the open door, However, You will need to push the door hard to get it closed. Or, You cannot store an A4 birth certificate, without folding it, The safe is a tad bit small. The instructions are a printed a little wrong, I input my code and 'locked it in' by pushing the 'A' key. For the price I am very happy with it.

**Q: Does anybody now how i rest the pin code it dosnt seem to be working**
A: Dear customer, please kindly the steps to reset the code is: Use the key to open the safe first, then install the batteries to the safe. After installing the batteries, please press the red button close to the batteries place, then you should hear the safe beeps twice. After that, the digital board would turn on yellow light. At this time, please enter the code and press "B" to finish. And close the door, you can use the PIN to open it now.  Hope it helps you. Best regards, Bowose

**Q: How to setup the safe**
A: Remove the plastic cover in centre of door. Insert the key, left turn, and open safe knob. Fit batteries. There is a button on the hinge end of the door. Release it and you will hear 2 beeps, and the yellow light will be on. Now press your code in, (3 to 8 numbers) the press either A or B within 15 seconds. You are good to go. Check it works, and remember, write down your code. You can change the code anytime using the same procedure.  Keep the key somewhere safe, not in the safe tho, lol.

**Q: Key locked in safe, unable to open, i haven't set pin number...help!!**
A: Did the safe come with a default code, ie, 1234 or 0000
Has it got batteries in it?
Has the place where key is inserted have a make and key number?
You may be able to get a spare key although I gave up on a previous safe after 6 months and replace the lock through Amazon. You would need to drill the lock but some old fashioned hardware stores will replace locks if you have it not fixed to a wall , otherwise you may have to drill it to open the safe to remove bolts.

Really pleased with this 16L Digital Safe Box. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and setting up my own security code was quick and straightforward. The 16L size is perfect for what I needed without taking up too much space. It’s compact enough to fit neatly away but still has plenty of room for important belongings and valuables.
