Electrolyte hydrates as well as tasty too!

So first off I’m addicted to these things and they are super expensive in the store so buying in bulk was a huge cost efficient . I don’t drink enough water so the effectiveness of drinking electrolyte drinks is working great very low calories. I love the ingredients, not much sugar at all in it and it’s very effective for working outside in the heat all day or just drinking anytime because I have them a couple times a day. And this is the only flavor that I like coconut that I can withstand because it’s so refreshing and it’s the only electrolyte drink that is coconut flavored I really don’t like other flavored stuff because it taste syrup and this does not taste syrup it just taste so refreshing and gives me lots of energy. . I’m trying to be a health nut right now and this is one of the things that I absolutely have to have so buying the big pack is saving me a lot of money and trips to the store.

I was very sick this past year and I wont go into detail but these were such a lifesaver for me. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. I tried them from a drugstore first and they helped so much my boyfriend went back and bought all of the ones they had, then I found them here and I've kept them on hand ever since. I tried 2 flavors but the fruit punch had too much acid for me (though my boyfriend preferred it), this coconut flavor was perfect, mild and a little sweet. I've brought them with me to blood draws to help re-hydrate after, since fruit juice doesn't treat me well, its not as effective as juice, but better then water. They also help me recover faster when I have frequent stomach upsets. The only drawback is the fact that each bottle contains about 2 servings and for some reason the ones I purchase here say "consume within 24 hours" the ones from the drugstore don't say that, so its strange.

Love these are fantastic just wish I could buy them in bulk for cheaper
