I've been pleased with this vibration plate. It's compact enough to keep out of the way when not in use, but still feels sturdy and stable while exercising. It doesn't take up much space, making it ideal for using at home. This is a great vibration plate. It’s lightweight enough to be able to easily move around and is very sturdy when using and it comes with two clip on resistance bands for arm training. The display is clear and easy to read and the plate itself is incredibly quiet. I have one of these already so I know how to use it but it’s pretty easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Platte ok - zu viele falsche Versprechen / schlechtes Handbuch / Ferndbedienung funktioniert nicht

Ich habe dieses Produkt kostenfrei im Rahmen des Amazon VINE Programms zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Das hat aber keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung, die unvoreingenommen und objektiv ist und die ohne Zuhilfenahme von KI erstellt wird. Die Test-Produkte, die man mir zur Verfügung stellt, werden ordnungsgemäß versteuert. Lieferung: Die Vibrationsplatte kommt fest und ordentlich in einer großem Umverpackung aus Karton und mit reichlich Styropordämpfung versehen. Mit dabei sind - die Platte - eine Fernbedienung - zwei AAA-Batterien - ein dünnes Begleitheft - ein Sprungseil-Set Verarbeitung: Die Verarbeitung der Platte ist sehr gut. Die Spaltmasse sind klein. Produktionsrückstände konnte ich keine finden. Der Eigengeruch der Platte (Plastik/Gummi?) war nach dem Auspacken deutlich wahrnehmbar, verschwand aber nach ein paar Tagen. Im Gebrauch: Mit dem Einsatz von Vibrationsplatten sollte man vorsichtig umgehen und zunächst einen Physiotherapeuten und auch den Hausarzt fragen, ob das Training mit so einem Gerät sinnvoll ist. Denn diese Geräte sind längst nicht für jeden gemacht und tauglich. Rheumapatienten bspw. sollten i.d.R. die Finger davon lassen, dito alle, die es an den Bandscheiben oder generell mit ernsthaften Problemen im Wirbelbereich zu tun haben. Auch Herz-/Kreislaufpatienten sollten vorher den Arzt konsultieren. Warum ich das hier schreibe? Weil solche expliziten Hinweise im Handbuch fehlen, das ist nicht ok. Social Media ist derzeit voll mit massenhaft Content windiger Influencer, die das Blaue vom Himmel zu den sagenhaften Ergebnissen beim Einsatz von Vibrationsplatten herbei phantasieren und groteske Heilsversprechen machen. Wir haben einen ausgebildeten Physiotherapeuten mit eigener großer Praxis in der Familie, und dessen Aussagen vertraue ich mehr als dem Unsinn aus TikTok & Co.. Der Mann ist Sportmediziner und er weiß, wovon er spricht und er schüttelt nur den Kopf über den bei Insta und anderen Plattformen verbreiteten Blödsinn. Diese Vibrationsplatten sind für alle Gesunden eine gute Ergänzung (!) , wenn man gezielt Konditions- und Muskelaufbau machen will, aber ganz sicher keine Allheilmittel, um Schlaffis auf Vordermann zu bringen. Und schon gar nicht taugen sie zum vielfach versprochenen Abbau von zu viel Speck auf den Rippen. Zehn Minuten Rüttelplatte pro Tag hilft ganz sicher nicht, um überflüssige Pfunde abzubauen. Leider wirbt dieser Hersteller auch mit diesem Unsinn. Wie gesagt, die Betonung liegt hier auf Ergänzung zu einem gezielten Muskelaufbau bspw. im Fitness-Studio. Wenn man es richtig macht, dann sind diese Platten richtig gut. Aber die Platte alleine kann das nicht leisten, was versprochen wird. Allen vollmundigen Reklameaussagen zum Trotz. Das ist sportwissenschaftlich hinreichend belegt. Die Platte selbst ist in Ordnung und macht, was sie soll. Dabei bliebt sie schön leise und macht keinen Radau im Haus. Das Display ist gut ablesbar. Wobei die 100 Geschwindigkeitsstufen Unsinn sind, 10 hätten es auch getan. Das verkompliziert die Nutzung unnötig und man tippt sich bisweilen die Finger krumm, um die Geschwindigekit bzw. Intensität zu verändern. Die vorgespeicherten Programme sind ok, aber schlecht und nicht ausreichend beschrieben. Welches Programm dient welchem Trainingsziel? Welches passt für welchen Zweck? Darüber erfährt man nichts oder zu wenig aus dem dürren Handbuch. Die Gummierung auf der Platte ist gut, gefährliches wegrutschen ist nicht möglich. Das passt. Auch dann, wenn man die Platte nicht im Stehen sondern liegend oder mit den Sprungseilen nutzt, was auch gut möglich ist. Ärgerlich: die beigelegte Fernbedienung macht keinen Mucks, trotz neuer Batterien. Die Platte reagiert auf nichts. Man muss sich also immer bücken, wenn man während des Trainings etwas verändern will (Speed oder Programm). Nervig. Und: warum ist das ausweislich der Produktbeschreibung eine Platte für Frauen? Dürfen Männer da nicht drauf? Rätselhaft. Fazit: Funktionierende Vibrationsplatte, defekte Fernbedienung, schlechtes Begleitheft.
