I recently purchased the Hover Pro Max and was really impressed with its capabilities. The drone is easy to use, has great stability, and offers amazing features that made my experience truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, I experienced a malfunction that resulted in losing the drone. While this was disappointing, what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service I received. I reached out to their support team, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. After reviewing my case, they quickly offered me a choice between a full refund or a replacement drone. Because I genuinely enjoyed using the Hover Pro Max and appreciated its advanced features, I chose a replacement instead of a refund. The process was smooth and hassle-free.

Really fun drone. It's tiny and manageable and really fun to use with the different modalities that it has, either the controller or the joystick or just with the beacon. Low battery life is the only thing I'd complain about, but for a drone so small and for the use case, it's pretty good for me.

I'm very disappointed in this drone. Let me start off by saying the packaging is very nice, and that's about it — it's all downhill from there. I took it on a quick mountain bike ride the first day I got it, and it did well; I only lost it once, and honestly it was my fault — I set the setting too high, and it clipped a tree branch. Once again, my fault. But after this, things went downhill quickly. I attempted to use the joystick to manually fly it around, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare — the drone would constantly lose connection mid-flight, stall, and either land itself or try to return to home base. During the return-to-home process, sometimes it wouldn't even do that, and it would randomly take off in any direction. On top of that, the joystick would freeze and then turn on and off in a loop, which is beyond frustrating.

Great little drone! Works better then the DJI I had and does moreover! Would highly recommend if you want a drone!

Could have been a great drone except the gimbal went crazy and nothing would fix it. Plus the range isnt great either. Anything get in between the controller and drone it loses signal instantly

The HoverAir X1 Promax does everything flawlessly. It's very easy to use, and the picture quality is impressive. The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the Beacon connecting to the HoverAir. I contacted their customer service department. They reviewed the issue and promptly sent me a new replacement. I'm pleased with the quality of the unit and their customer service. I would recommend the HoverAir X1 Promax to anyone looking for a selfie drone.

Drone incredibile, qualità ed accessori sopra la media, unico neo la scarsità di istruzioni in italiano (anche i menù sono solo in inglese) ma comunque segna un passo in avanti enorme nei confronti della concorrenza

Great for alpine skiing, cross country skiing, roller skiing and biking.

Honestly this is an amazing bit of kit, whilst I bought the kit with "Everything" I tend to just put it in a pocket when I go out mountain biking and fly it without the controller or the beacon, It's as simple as turning it on, choosing the mode and leaving it to it... I do mostly fast MTB descents and it's never not locked on to me and followed without issues except from hitting some low branches and crashing onto rough hardcore landrover tracks... needless to say it has withstood the crashes (it's going to happen with this kind of "Autonomous" drone) extremely well and the footage it captures is in a word just Amazing!

This think somehow to aggressiv..at the beginning following very relaxed but after trying and trying with different person it becomes very aggressive now is annoying because for this price habe only very shortly to make videos is not very worth of money at all
