Please advise** A: Hi, thanks for dropping by! Our MyArtscape Acrylic Paints are heavy bodied so although, with the right mix, they work great on pour painting, you can definitely use them with brushes and palette knives. Hope this helps. Kate N. | MyArtscape Team **Q: Can these be used for an indoor wall mural?** A: Hi Anthony, thanks for stopping by. Our Acrylic paints are a great choice for painting interior or exterior murals. They can be thinned with just water as they are water-based but if you are painting a large surface, the acrylics may dry up before you are finished. To lengthen the "open-time" of the paint or the time before they dry, we would recommend thinning the paint with an acrylic gel medium. We hope this helps. Germaine M MyArtscape Team **Q: I want to use these to make a barn quilt. Would these paints work for that?** A: Hi SRL, thanks for stopping by. We assume the barn quilt will be made of wood. You can definitely use our paints on wooden surfaces. We recommend that you sand the surface first, apply Gesso or primer, then paint. The primer helps the paints adhere better to the wood. We would also recommend using an acrylic varnish or sealer once the paint dries to protect the design. This would be especially useful if you want to place the barn quilt outside where it will be exposed to elements. We hope this helps. Germaine M MyArtscape Team **Q: On this set here what does the term "Lightfast" refer to?** A: Hi, thanks for checking out our Acrylic Paints! The Lightfastness rating printed on our acrylic paints is an indication of how resistant theya re to changing or fading when exposed to light. I hope this helps. This packaging is gorgeous. Would make a great gift. I bought it for myself after a friend recommended it. The paint is top quality. Love this!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You will not find paints that you will be happier with. *by C***N on October 4, 2019* The twelve paint jars came in a sturdy box that you can keep your paint in. Now, the colors. The richness of the pigment is amazing. The colors are beautiful. The paint is thick and so very smooth. It was easy to paint with and the mixing of colors and blending was great. I bought the ten-ounce jars and they will last a good while. I will certainly buy them again. ## Frequently Bought Together - MyArtscape Large Bulk Acrylic Paint Set - 12 x 300ml Bottles - Lightfast - Heavy Body - Rich Pigments - Artist Quality Painting Supplies - Professional Grade Paints - ARTIFY 25-Piece Professional Paint Brush Set – Expert Series Synthetic Nylon Brushes for Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor, Gouache – No Shedding, Canvas Roll Case & Palette Knife, Painter Gifts Art Supplies - Tamaki 2 Pack 11.8 x 7.9 Inch Acrylic Paint Palette with Thumb Hole Clear Paint Pallet, Easy Clean Non-Stick Artist Pallet for Oil Watercolor Craft DIY Art Painting Palette --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/69338723-12-x-300ml-acrylic-paint-set](https://www.desertcart.no/products/69338723-12-x-300ml-acrylic-paint-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
