**Q: do they freeze well?**
A: I don't know about that, we just always keep them in the refrigerator

**Q: I prefer the round wafer shape.l want to return this 2hard**
A: It is a little hard but it's fine for the job.

**Q: Is this product made in USA and is it fresh?  Should have one year shelf life.**
A: I have found the product to be fresh with about an 8 month window to "off the shelf" date. I do not know if it is made in the U.S.

**Q: Are these kosher for Passover?**
A: They are unleavened
