Best sushi rice I've tried, and I must have tried around 10 to 15 different ones. The packet doesn't say, but it requires 15 mins boiling time, turn cooker off, cover with lid for another 15 mins, then just remove lid and leave to cool down. Best to rinse it well with cold water before cooking.

Really big package.Great quality.I bought it as a recommendation from friends & YouTube videos on making sushi.Advise you to check cooking advices before as its slightly different from regular rice.
