I just checked their website and only found that they are for cleaning not disinfecting.

This is the GOJO Fast Towels, Fresh Citrus Scent, Heavy Duty Textured Wet Towels Canister. It is considered a cleaning product and not a sanitizing/disinfecting product. Thanks!

It says "pack of 1" in the title but "pack of 4" in description. How many am I actually getting?

You are getting 1 tub. I was confused as well. When I ordered this 15 years ago it came as 4 tubs.1 year ago as 1 tub. I don't know if Amazon, or the supplier changed the quantity, but in my opinion, it's not such a great deal for 1 tub.

Will these help remove diesel?

Yes! We own a plumbing and heating company and we buy them religiously for the guys to clean their hands.
