**Q: Is the garlic sourced from China?**
A: The label on the jar of chopped garlic has “B and G” of New Jersey printed on it; doesn’t explicitly state that NJ is where it’s from. Although there are oriental writings on the lid.

A: This is the same stuff I buy at my local store here in Oklahoma,  but a bigger jar than they carry.  I love this stuff,  I use it everyday,

**Q: What is the shelf life on this product?**
A: zero.  when i first opened it i noticed no "heat" flavor or anything.  threw it away.

**Q: is it the same as minced garlic?**
A: No.  It is terrible.  No flavor, taste, or heat.  I reported it not as described and was able to receive credit.
