However, I feel compelled to share my experience with the GIMILI Touchless Kitchen Faucet - not only for the product but the beyond exceptional customer support that I received.We purchased the faucet in September and were very pleased with it both in style and performance. About two weeks ago, the handle got loose and would not stay on. My husband used the hex key provided with the faucet and attempted to tighten the screw in the handle multiple times but the screw just would not grab into the plastic casing designed to hold it tightly in place. At that point, I decided to reach out to their customer service (sales@gimili-faucet.com) in hopes that they would be able to guide me through other options to try.I explained the issue and included a copy of my receipt showing that it was a fairly new purchase, explained what we had done to try and repair it, and included pictures to show the handle sliding down the casing sleeve. Within a couple hours, I received a response from a live customer service agent named Tina (shockingly, not an automated response email!) who asked me kindly to take pictures of the inside of the handle so they could see if the screw was missing or defective, which I did and sent. A few hours later, I received another response apologizing for any trouble this may have caused us and was notified by Tina that they would be sending me a replacement handle. She followed up the next day with a tracking number and ETA information.We received the replacement handle today and it worked beautifully. The issue was not with the faucet, which as I noted has worked amazingly well. I believe, as did they, the issue was with a defective screw, which they had no way of knowing about nor do I fault the product for in any way. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem.
