This is a great pillow for using when you have low back pain and need extra support. I only use it when I'm needing extra support for low back pain. The pillow offers good support but it is quite large if you plan to use it for your knees. It’s nice that is has a soft cover that can be removed for washing. The very large pillow comes shrink wrapped in a small roll in plastic which must be cut completely apart in order to get the pillow out. IF IT DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU, THEY REQUIRE THAT IT BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE.
