**Q: do you get the full product. i.e. both sides and the top rail and pull down handle. I ordered one and only received one side handle**
A: Hello
it seems you got incomplete product - please contact customer service of Amazon to complain it.

**Q: I have exactly 84cm of vertical space which is the space required according to the schematics. Is this practical or does it need a few cm for movement**
A: Unfortunately, the total height of the mechanism is 850mm (including the pull down bar/handle, and would be reccommended to have a little more space to allow movement (at least 870-900mm).

**Q: Is this suitable for use in ikea pax wardrobes 750w x 600d, and will it clear the door hinges ok?**
A: We do not have internal dimensions of the Ikea pax wardrobe, but if you measure it and it has between 60-83cm (the inner dimensions) this pull down hanging rail will be suitable for it.

**Q: we know how wide this item is, how long is it looking at it face on when you open the cupboard, ? cheers.**
A: 750mm ish

Pretty easy to fit, it works as it should, my wife whom is a bit on the short side can now use the top half of the wardrobe, unfortunately this has led her to believe that she needs more clothes! Oh!well! There's always an excuse to buy more clothes 🥴
