Question 1

How do I use this wrist rest correctly for the best ergonomic effect? Should my wrist or my palm rest on it?

Accepted Answer

Rest the heel of your palm, not your wrist, on the support during breaks. When typing or mousing, your hands should float just above it. This prevents direct pressure on your wrist's nerves and ensures proper ergonomic alignment.

Question 2

Is this wrist rest good for gaming? Will it affect my aim or movement?

Accepted Answer

Suitability depends on your playstyle. It’s great for comfort in casual or RTS/MOBA games, but may limit competitive FPS players who use large arm movements. For wrist-aimers, it can provide a stable pivot for fine adjustments.

Question 3

Can this wrist rest help alleviate wrist pain, discomfort, or symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)?

Accepted Answer

Our wrist rest promotes a neutral wrist posture to help reduce strain. Many users report it helps relieve discomfort and fatigue. However, it is not a medical device and is not guaranteed to cure conditions like CTS.

Question 4

What is the expected lifespan of this product? Does the material (foam/gel) flatten, deform, or wear out quickly?

Accepted Answer

It is designed for long-term use with a resilient gel core that provides lasting support. The crucial anti-fray stitched edges prevent the fabric surface from peeling and wearing, a common issue that ensures our pad stays intact with daily use.

Question 5

What material is this wrist rest made of? How would you describe its firmness—is it too hard or too soft?

Accepted Answer

Our wrist rest uses a gel core for a soft, springy feel that distributes pressure evenly across your wrist. Many find the gel has a natural cooling effect, adding comfort during long sessions. The surface is a smooth, breathable Lycra fabric.
