You got this!

I absolutely LOVE this product!! It’s simple but impactful and it has absolutely helped me drink more water throughout the day than I have in the past several years. I have tried pop-up reminders on my work computer (Outlook), apps on my phone, reminders from my FitBit and posted signs near my desk but nothing helps like this blinking* light. I already had several reusable water bottles so I sought an accessory; this item is much cheaper than “smart bottles” and doesn’t need washed. :D It fits on water bottles of various sizes. The reusable bottle I have pictured (I have 3 of them) has a diameter of almost 3 1/2” (nearly 9cm) but the band also fits on a standard 16.9 oz. bottle and bottles larger than the one I typically use. The light blinks every 30-45 minutes to remind you to drink. After you drink it will light up slowly and turn off slowly so that means it has recorded you drinking and reset the clock. It does not blink all night while you sleep; the instructions explain it will go through about 2 blinking cycles and as long as it doesn’t sense movement, it will stop blinking until it senses movement again. The only caveat is that you need to have the bottle in front of you in order to see it - it doesn’t make any noise (like yell at you, which I would also likely respond to). So make sure you take the bottle from your work station to other rooms where you spend time outside of work. I work from home so I grab my bottle and move it at the end of the day. This item is currently unavailable, but the last time that happened they had some available a few weeks later; I hope there are more available soon!! *This product may not be ideal for those with light sensitivity or conditions like epilepsy because the light flashes quickly. If flashes about 10 times, then stops, and repeats that series twice more.* Happy drinking!! [[My additional tips for drinking more water from my research, if you’re interested, since I have been dehydrated to the point of being off sick from work 4 times in the last year: -Using a wide-mouth bottle may help you drink more during each session. -Aim to drink somewhere around 80 ounces per day; some sources suggest at least 80 oz. or up to half of your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water…that’s a lot. -Water helps every function of your body, improves your skin texture, and can even impact your mood. -Drink between meals on this schedule: —8-16 oz. shortly after you wake up (helps rehydrate after your sleeping “fast” and activate digestion). —Drink 8 oz. before you get a shower (if you shower shortly after waking up, don’t drink extra water; this helps keep blood pressure stable). —Drink BETWEEN, not with meals, so a half hour before and 30-45 minutes after you eat (a few sips is fine but otherwise you’re filling up with unnecessary liquid and watering down your food; this is an “Eastern medicine” technique). I will pick up my water bottle and pretend to drink so that the clock resets and I can drink again after I eat to aid digestion. —Drink water at the temperature you prefer; I like room temperature water because I have sensitive teeth. If you like ice water, use an insulated cup. —Drink 8 oz. of water 30 minutes prior to starting physical activities and then occasionally during activity, if you’re able. You don’t need really need an electrolyte drink/anything more than water unless you’re working out very hard for an hour or more. —Drink 8 oz. right before you go to sleep; it shouldn’t be enough to wake you up to urinate overnight. —Coffee does count towards your daily water goal, however, it is a diuretic, so make sure this is not your MAIN water source. Coconut water is very good, however, juice, soda, alcohol, etc. don’t count. Drink some electrolyte water before you go to bed after drinking alcohol and also the next morning when you wake up. —I swear by electrolyte additives for water. Some have added B vitamins for energy (like “Liquid IV”) and others do not (like “Nuun” tablets, which I love). They really help no matter how much water you drink per day and provide a little natural flavor to plain water; I typically don’t use more than 1-2 per day. -If you’re starting a new diet, make sure to drink a lot of electrolyte-enhanced water when you start. This is due to losing water weight first and that’s where your body holds salt and electrolytes. This is part of the “Keto flu” that occurs when you start that diet.]]

I love my reminder to drink. It has been an upgrade from my phone alarm because even if I ignore, it will flash at me again when it sense my movement, but have not tilted the bottle to actually drink! I clipped the unit onto the neoprene cover of my gallon stainless jug. Do not use the rubber band that others complain about breaking. (Shown for reference in pocket) My health is noticeably better after 2 days of using!

Love love love this little reminder light! Before getting this light, I had set up multiple reminders on my phone as well as in the water tracker app that I use, and I even created a shortcut in Apple to have my lights come on a certain color at certain times to remind me to drink my water! But I needed a visual cue that I could see at home and while at work or driving. THIS is exactly what I was looking high and low for and couldn’t find anything remotely like it until I found this! I was starting to think I might need to find someone to help me invent one! There’s no separate app to purchase or subscribe to, and the battery is a common size that’s easy to find and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. The silicone band makes it easy to adjust it for different tumblers. The photo shows it on my 24 oz Hydroflask, I place the light off to the side so it’s not in my way when I’m grabbing the handle. I use this tumbler at home and work and the first time my coworkers saw the little light, they wondered what the weird thing on my tumbler was. Now they get a kick out of seeing my “disco light” go off. It’s amazing how this thing works with its reminders and knowing if I’ve taken a drink recently so it doesn’t remind me. I have had problems getting my hydration in throughout the day since my job is so busy, but this light has been one of the best things I’ve bought. The light does NOT come off the silicone band easily, there is a clip that the band slides through and then you close it and hear a snap sound so you know it’s secure. The only thing that’s not impressive is the cute design I chose. It’s basically a little sticker that’ll probably wear off after use, but I’m not taking off any stars for that.

I love this little thing. I tend to go hours without drinking anything when I’m working. I just don’t realize I’m thirsty. I’ve been trying to drink more water to help alleviate some health issues in a very simple, natural way. This little guy fits perfectly around both of my water bottles. Just like the product description says, it strobes at you (it’s too fast to say blink) and once you’ve set the bottle back down, it gives you a long blink to confirm. What I especially like is the sensor/timer in the unit will take into account any drinks you take in between strobes. It is also light sensitive so it’s not waking me up in the middle of the night to get a drink. There are a couple things that I’m not a big fan of and are the reasons I give this 4/5 stars. First, I think it’s a bit expensive for what you get. Even though it works wonderfully, it just seems what you get doesn’t warrant the price tag. It doesn’t connect to your phone or any health apps and it doesn’t track anything for overall totals. Second, I had actually had to purchase a second unit because it came unclipped to the band somewhere along the way and I lost it. I’ve superglued the second unit to the band this time around but it’s a bummer that it happened causing me to spend more money. Overall, I really like this product and I definitely get my use out of it, however, I think’s it’s a bit pricey for what you get. I still use it daily, though!

Love it! It totally reminds me to drink! I thought I drank a lot, but I have had to have this reminder several times. Praise God for this invention. It is helping my son remember to drink, who has had to have IV's due to dehydration, too! I was grateful to another comment that said to be careful not to break it when you put it on and not to remove it once you do. That little plastic piece on the back can easily be broken off when you put on the rubber band part. I just barely lifted enough to slide the band through and then put it on my water bottle. Another comment that i really appreciated was to put the senser on the front of the cup by where you drink so it registers each sip/drink...

I loved this light. It was helping me drink more water, by a lot!!! But It fell off the rubber band that goes around the water bottle. Somewhere between leaving home and getting to work it popped off. The price is just too much for me to buy another one. So if you think you can keep track of your light I recommend it. But the design needs to be improved on. Instead of a rubber band it needs a clasping band so it can be threaded through a Handel on a mug. The light needs to have a loop instead of a clip so it does not come off the band. But in the end this is an amazing helpful idea! Hope it works out better for others.

I love this!!! Works great and catches my attention when it flashes. I have been drinking 3 times what I used to (I rarely drank more than 20oz before 😞). I feel so much better! Highly recommend if you’re bad at drinking water like me.

Very disappointed! I was so excited to have this item as it was recommended to me. I only had it on my water bottle for three days when it came off and was lost. I think something that cost $30 should be more secure. I’ve reached out to the company and get no response.

Si se te olvida beber agua como a mi, este aparatito va a hacer que te acuerdes si o si, además es monísimo, siempre lo llevo en mis botellas!

Is een goed hulpmiddel om jezelf te motiveren om meer water te drinken.

This really encourages my daughter to drink water, as we all know hydration is key! I love this! By the way this can also be used for adults or teens who need to be reminded to drink water! This is for all ages!
