Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, 450 Lbs Capacity Vibrating Plate

I am IN LOVE with this vibration plate! The quality of this plate is very good! There's no tipping over when stepping on and off the plate. It's easy to carry and put away. I keep it under a reclining chair (it's hidden from view). It is well-made and seems durable. I love that it comes with a remote. The vibration levels are great. I use the lowest level, and it meets my needs fine. I like that I can maneuver my body in different ways to focus on other areas of my body. I have severe nerve damage in my leg and compressed nerves in my lower back. Stepping on this vibration plate for 10 minutes every other day keeps my leg from getting that painful, prickly feeling associated with nerve damage. I take medication for this, and it only helps a little. This vibration plate has helped me tremendously, along with my meds for pain management. I could tell just a few days after using the plate that my blood circulation was much better. My body moves more smoothly and fluidly. I was a little scared when my doctor told me it was safe to use with my lower back issue (I was afraid all the wiggling and jiggling would further harm my back), but nope, my back has some relief. My recent MRI on my back showed no issues from using this plate. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN SAFELY USE THIS AND ANY EQUIPMENT!! My special needs daughter uses the plate as well. She sits most of the day and has low blood circulation in her legs. She sits in her chair and places her feet on the plate for 10- 15 minutes every day. The vibration helps her legs so much that I can see the color in her legs looking healthier. This plate is also good for congestion. It helps break up the mucus in the chest. I recommend!

I would highly recommend this whole body vibration plate. My sister-in-law and I each ordered one of these Taevno Vibration Plate Exercise Machines about 1 - 1/2 months ago. They arrived quickly. It seems to be built well and is a good value for the money. We started using them right away. I stand on mine an average 20 minutes each day. When you first turn the machine on, it defaults to 10 minutes for time and 1 Hz for speed, but the time can be adjusted higher or lower and the speed can go up to 199 Hz. I usually set mine between 30 & 50 Hz, but sometimes I go outside of that speed range also. Typically I do the default 10 minutes, but then use it at least once more later in the day. I first saw these whole body vibration plates at the Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida this year. There was a vendor selling a real nice one, but wanted about $800 as a discounted price. I have been researching these things more before and since our purchase. It's really amazing how many health benefits these things claim. There are many makes and models of them on Amazon, but they all do about the same thing. Some of the more expensive units, that look similar to this one, have as many as 3 motors in them. I believe the Taevno has just one. Vibration plates with 3 motors are able to move (vibrate) the plate in more directions. This might increase the efficiency of working muscles of the body. I am a 70 year old male. Since using this vibration plate, I noticed my blood pressure seems lower, but I need to do more testing to see if the vibration plate is responsible. One thing that I'm sure of is that my lower back is better. I have lower back problems that are probably muscle related. After using the vibration plate for a week or so I noticed that I can bend over easier without experiencing lower back pain. Not saying it will help everyone, but it sure helps my back. Although I'm hopeful that it might help me drop a few lbs., I can't say that I've noticed any substantial weight loss yet.

I've had this plate for years. I highly LOVE it!! It is still going strong. It's given me strength in legs, better circulation and balance!!

I was skeptical about vibration machines, but this one impressed me right away. Mainly because it’s sturdy, easy to set up, and the remote makes switching modes simple. I’ve been using it for about 5-6 minutes a day, and I can already feel my muscles more engaged — especially in my legs. I do sit and use it for a few minutes then I stand and use it. I like that I can use resistance bands on it too. It doesn’t replace traditional workouts, but i think it’s a great way to boost circulation. I tend to pool fluid in my legs and feel a little restless from the desk job life, and this does help. We have a couple family members who tried it, and some are overweight, or even extremely overweight. This thing is built for that! No difference in power no matter who stood on it. My nephew who is 7 things it is like a carnival ride, to just sit or stand on it for a minute, and talk funny through the vibrations. It's a neat piece of equipment that slides right under the bed out of the way. One star shaved off, because I really wish the cord was a little longer.

Love this so much! It works great with improving circulation from sitting at a desk job all day. I can even feel my muscles working. I use it in a seated position currently which is easier on my knees.

I don't spend this much on something like this lightly, so after much deliberation, I purchased this back in May based on positive reviews. Due to varying circumstances, it was a few weeks before I was unable to then use it. I can count on one hand the number of times it worked before the motor started to make a burning smell and slowly stopped. It now turns on but absolutely no vibration whatsoever. Due to being away I am now outside the return window and, despite having sent a video to the seller, they are no longer responding to any messages. Really disappointed that a product with such a hefty price tag should warrant no response or replacement under warranty. Consider carefully before buying from this seller!

I have just received the panel I ordered, but I was very surprised to find that the plug is not compatible with European outlets. How is that even possible? Neither in the manual nor in any description (even ChatGPT mentioned it) does it say that a converter is required. After checking, I found that the proper converter costs around €70 – which is a significant additional expense I was not prepared for. Why wasn’t this clearly stated anywhere before the purchase? Please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

Muy malo. El producto está dañado. Hace demasiado ruido (conozco otras plataformas y sé que no debería de hacer ese ruido). Además, solo en el nivel 1 se mueve como en el nivel 100 pero hace daño. La maquina está rota, y por el momento no me dan solución porque devolverla me costaría mucho pero al estar dañada no debería de asumir yo el coste. Por favor quisiera una solucion
