The monitor is easy to use, however, I’ve tried a few times the lancing device isn’t drawing blood. Why?

In some cases, inserting the lancet too deep into the lancing device may prevent it from piercing the skin. So avoid inserting the lancet too deep. And try pricking the side of your finger instead of the center, it's easier and hurts less

Why get different results from Brand A To Brand B?

Each brand uses unique enzymes and calibration methods. All meters allow±10-15% variability (ISO standard), so readings may differ even if both are correct. Stick to one brand for consistency, and cross-check with lab tests if readings seem off
